From the time I was a student, through my years as Ontario Finance Minister, to the present day; the C.D. Howe Institute has been a thought leader on Canadian public policy. It is a real privilege to be associated with the Institute as it continues to advocate thoughtful debate, and solutions, to a range of society’s most challenging issues.
